CROSS TRAINING AND DRY LAND WORKOUTS

Playing other sports in addition to swimming is beneficial to helping athletes gain skills that they otherwise wouldn't such as team building, fine motor, and anticipatory. If you cannot play another sport dry land workouts are a good option. You can look online to find a dry land workout that will work for you as a swimmer. Here is one that I recommend as a start:
