We like to include photos of the swimmers on our team on our website and social media (primarily FaceBook). To make sure everyone is comfortable we have a Photo Release Form parents have to sign to give permission for us to take photos of their child. We will not include your child’s name, age, or any personal information, only photos. 

 

If you are comfortable, please print out, sign, and give Vivian a copy of this Photo Release Form.

If you are not comfortable with us using photos of your children, please send an email to Coach Vivian (vivian@cybermesa.com) so we can make a note not to take photos of your swimmer.
